Rolls-Royce Ghost Elegance

While no Rolls-Royce is ordinary, this is no ordinary Roll-Royce. See that sparkling paint? That’s not traditional metal flake, it’s diamonds, 1,000 ethically sourced diamonds crushed, blended into paint and then painstakingly applied over the base color to create an effect that is just scintillating. Named “Diamond Stardust” this bespoke color took two months to create to ensure this car glistens like no other Rolls ever created. It’s finished with two hand-painted Mugello Red and Black twin coach lines. The theme continues on the interior, Selby Grey soft leather with Mugello Red stitching and piping. The inner pockets of the rear doors are lined with the owner’s family Grey, Black and Red Tartan.

Ferrari 812 Superfast

It’s Ferrari’s 70th Anniversary, but we’re getting the present in the form of more horsepower. The new Ferrari 812 Superfast has the most powerful V12 engine ever to come from Maranello: 789 horsepower. Having driven the previous generation F12 with “only” 651 horsepower, I can only imagine how magical this car will be. The car features and all new aero design, plus it marks the first time, Electric Power Steering makes its way into a Ferrari. Combined with rear-wheel steering, it makes the 812 lithe and nimble. It’s on display in two new colors, Rosso 70 Anni (70th Anniversary Red) and Grigio Caldo Opaco (Warm Grey Opaque).

McLaren 720S

Bearing one of the most famous names in motorsports, McLaren, it’s not surprising that the team in Surrey, England are pushing the envelope even further. Upon driving the 650S last year, I called it “the everyday supercar.” I may have to come up with a new superlative for the 720S. With its carbon-fiber tub, 710 hp twin-turbo V8 engine, and F1 inspired 7-speed DCT transmission, the 720S will be blisteringly quick and blindingly fast. 60 miles per hours comes in just 2.8 seconds and it tops out at 212 miles per hour. And it does all this while looking like no other car on the road.
