Everyone knows about the famous Ritz-Carlton hotels – they are the symbol of elegance, luxury and class. But nowadays, just having great hotels is not enough to differentiate yourself from competitors. We previously wrote about how Four Seasons has launched its private jet experience. The answer from Ritz-Carlton: private yacht cruises. That’s right! After being delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the “Evirma” is the first Ritz-Carlton yacht to sail this year.
Ritz-Carlton will offer a plethora of different trips which will fall into three categories. You can book Caribbean cruises, Mediterranean cruises and Transatlantic cruises. The price of each cruise will start at around $5,000 – $10,000 and take between 7 to 12 days. The Evirma will feature every standard and amenity you are used to from a stay in one of the Ritz-Carlton hotels. There are sushi bars and cigar lounges onboard as well as a two-story penthouse. Suites are up to 1,100 sq ft in size with an additional 635 sq ft in terrace space and are designed just as the hotel counterpart.
There will also be entertainment onboard with in-house classical and jazz musicians. You can also explore the shops on the yacht which sell anything from apparel to jewelry to leather goods. Meanwhile you kids can enjoy the pool area with a special kid’s program that is educational and fun-filled. Guests can choose from six different restaurants and eateries or alternatively in-house dining.
The seamless experience is not just constrained to the yacht. A professional travel concierge team by Ritz-Carlton will take care of booking your flights, hotels and transfers to get you from your home to your desired destination. And of course, you can expect everything in between to be up to the standards of Ritz-Carlton. As said, the first cruises are planned for this year and more will be added throughout 2022, 2023 and 2024.
