This past weekend, Chanel delivered the perfect mixture of the elegant glamour of the past and the tech-driven minimalism of today with The Coco Club. This luxurious event graced The Wing, a women-only, co-working space in New York City’s Soho founded by Audrey Gelman.

Based off of the traditional men’s club, The Coco Club was inspired by Chanel’s iconic Boy-Friend timepiece. The event was clearly “borrowed from the boys” as it“takes the best from men and makes it even better for women”. While featuring unique amenities such as a ping-pong table, pool table, a cool cafe, and a novelty library, it also includes Beauty Room filled with Chanel cosmetics and a perfectly Instagram-able photobooth.
There were several notable attendees at the Soho event. Singer/songwriter Billie Eilish appeared as the guest performer, and Jacquelyn Jablonski, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Cindy Bruna, Sistine Stallone, and Leigh Lezark were exclusive Coco Club gold cardholders.
Chanel’s motive behind this stylish event was “for community, for respite, for enjoyment, for escaping the confines of time—allowing women to own their own time and live life by their own set of rules.”
