Automobili Lamborghini and Tod’s have announced a special partnership covering luxury leather goods, shoes, apparel and accessories. The two Italian brands’ exclusive collaboration celebrates Italian craftmanship and tradition as well as technological research and innovation: qualities that define the pairing of the two companies, each one a leader in its sector. The move by Lamborghini to enter the fashion world is not unprecedented. Rival Italian luxury carmaker Ferrari launched its fashion line about two years ago to attract customers beyond cars and Formula 1. So far, Lamborghini’s fashion efforts have been very limited and mainly focused on select jackets, polos and T-Shirts. This is about to change.
What exactly the collaboration will entail and when the collection may be launched are secrets so far although a teaser video has been released that gives insight into what it might entail. The video featured white sneakers with a Lamborghini logo on it. In addition, the iconic Tod’s loafers are shown in the unique Lamborghini yellow color. We are excited to see what else will come out of this collaboration.
