Naples, FL has undoubtedly been one of the major winners of the population shifts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city offers all of the beautiful weather Florida has to offer, particularly for those that don’t like city life and for which Miami is therefore not an option. Naples has a much smaller, more intimate feeling. But it is full of the same type of mega mansions you would see on Star Island or Palm Beach. Add to that high end luxury shopping malls, a private airport and miles of white and pristine beaches and it is easy to see why so many people have moved there. The property market is booming.
Most recently one of the landmark developments started to accept reservations. One Naples is located in one of the most luxurious spots in the entire city: right where Vanderbilt Road meets Gulfshore Drive and in very close proximity to the Ritz Carlton. It is a one-of-a-kind resort-style residential community and will offer just 128 residences. They will come as three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments ranging from 4,100 square feet with 10-foot ceilings to 8,800 square feet with 12-foot ceilings. Their price? Anywhere from $5.5 million to over $30 million.
Owners will be able to put their finishing touch on their dream apartments and can select from a large format of modern porcelain tiles, quartz countertops, Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances and so much more. There are over 28,000 square feet of indoor amenities, including a club room with bar, game room, movie theater and golf simulator. In addition, there are more than 22,000 square feet of outdoor amenities such as the pool, cabanas and more.
