Ralph Lauren has revealed the uniforms for Team USA’s Opening and Closing Ceremonies at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024. This marks the ninth time Ralph Lauren has served as the Official Outfitter for Team USA, continuing their tradition of dressing the country’s top athletes. The new uniforms bring a touch of sporting elegance to modern times, blending classic styles with enduring appeal while flaunting iconic American fashion on the world stage.

The Team USA collection by Ralph Lauren draws from the lively and dynamic spirit of Paris and the rich traditions of Olympic and Paralympic sports, all while embracing a patriotic color scheme of red, white, and blue. The Opening Ceremony uniform for 2024 features a modern twist on a classic look, including a tailored single-breasted wool blazer with red and white accents, a striped oxford shirt, tapered jeans, and classic suede buck shoes. The Closing Ceremony uniform, on the other hand, includes a sporty moto-style jacket paired with white denim and a Polo shirt from the brand’s custom Create Your Own program, crafted with innovative flat-knit technology to minimize fabric waste. All pieces in the uniforms are made in the United States.

Ralph Lauren is committed to reducing the use of virgin materials, and the villagewear collection features the brand’s first-ever 100% Recycled Cotton Polo Shirt, created with NFW CLARUS® technology for a timeless piece that can be worn for generations. The collection, including the Opening and Closing Ceremony uniforms, is made with recycled polyester and USA-grown Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified wool, among other sustainable materials. The commemorative villagewear collection features classic styles such as varsity jackets, Polo shirts, vintage rugby shirts, and the American flag sweater, with energetic graphics, bold color-blocking, and classic stripes.
